    All this effort to make a vid and no attempt to clean or move all those old
    dead leaves. The rake is right there on the floor! Let’s exercise on top of
    the leaves, I don’t care!

    Just been reading how these kind of exercises are so BAD for you…!! What
    to believe ? Everything contradicts on the internet.

    Where do I keep the A.E.D? please note that one should consider their
    fitness level before attempting this routine, or the only routine they will
    be doing is pressing the nurse call button asking for more morphine

    feckin out of breath watchin her. I think i would start with 30 seconds of
    each exercise one time. Then build over time. It looks good so hopefully it
    works as i would like to get fit but do not like the gyms, i get bored real
    quick

    I actually tried this and I didnt realize how so far out of shape I
    was….since I have no upper body strength I couldn’t do the 1st thing. I
    had no problems with the 2nd 1 tho since I locked my arms into place. The
    3rd & 4th was ok for me to do, and the last 1 pretty much drained me of
    whatever energy I had left… :/

    Who is this geared towards? Not older people for sure. Far too intense for
    beginners. This is the problem I have with trainers. They are unrealistic
    in their expectations.
