5 Healthy Breakfast Smoothies — 1 For Each Day Of The Week

Monday — Yellow Smoothie
½ cup pineapple juice
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen pineapple, diced
½ cup frozen mango
1 banana, chopped
1 tsp grated ginger

Tuesday — Orange Smoothie
¼ cup orange juice
½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 small orange, peeled and frozen
½ peach, peeled and diced
1 carrot, grated

Wednesday — Red Smoothie
¼ cup almond milk
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen raspberries
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen watermelon

Thursday — Purple Smoothie
½ cup pomegranate juice
½ vanilla Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen blackberries
½ cup frozen blueberries
¼ cup cherries, pitted

Friday — Green Smoothie
½ cup orange juice
½ vanilla Greek yogurt
½ avocado, peeled
2 kiwis, peeled
1 handful of baby spinach

Add liquid to the blender first.
Add remaining ingredients.
Blend well.
Store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
Enjoy!

    Hey, can I use a different kind of fruit than blackberries cause me and my
    mom are highly allergic, and if so what do you think I could use instead?

      Try raspberries, raspberries are very very similar to blackberries!

    How long can they last without refrigeration I’m thinking of using it for
    school this uear

      I know my friend takes them to school I would say from about 7:00 morning
      when made till about 1:00 in the afternoon its just fruit and yougourt can
      last all day out the fridge but just depends on taste it will not be cold
      later on it the day but still tastes good hope this helps xx

      I would not keep it out for more than a few hours if not insulated! You can
      get stainless steel insulated thermos that can keep things cold or hot for
      up to 24 hours (8 hours for smaller one)! Best way to keep your food warm
      or cold for lunch, I have a couple. Here is the 24 hour one I have:

    why does everything have to be frozen?? I can’t put something hard and
    frozen in my mixer

      +Quiet Mind it’s for the temperature, but also to make the smoothie
      thicker, otherwise it might be a bit thin and watery 🙂

      well thanks! I Tried it with frozen banana that I smashed and added liquid
      but it still didn’t work that great and I’m kinda scared to ruin the mixer
      so I can’t do it :/ too bad

      You could also buy yourself a better stronger mixer, so all your troubles
      are gone…only the best for health ; )

      need ice

    i wouldnt add dairy products to your smoothie, they contain saturated fat
    and cholesterol and also increase your risk of cancer, in addition cows
    suffer for it
