+brettcap Only suggestion I have is to let us know what temp you cooked it
at on the stove (ie medium high maybe?) and for how long? To get us a good
estimate.

Hey Brett! If you give those lemons a really firm roll on the counter when
you buy them and then about an hour before you cut them you are going to
get TONS more juice out of them. It really softens them up and releases the
juice in them.

Try using the skin of the lemon before squeezing as lemon zest, gives it
some tangy and the yellow color complements the green onions and black
pepper :)
