Updated: Obese into BEAST – Annas Inspirational 170lb Weight Loss Transformation

A motivational video that follows Anna Myers as she lost 170lbs; transforming herself from Class III morbid obesity to athlete. This video is a testament of the human drive and ability to change your life no matter where you are.
Anna Myers had tried everything to lose weight. Weight loss shakes, high fat diets, low fat diets, countless nationally recognized weight loss diets, vegetarianism, pre-packaged meal plans, and in desperation even starving herself for days. She even went to an informational meeting on weight loss surgery to see if bariatric surgery would finally be the solution to her weight problem, but once considering the long term side effects and surgery risks was at a standstill as to what to do. She was frustrated, confused, lacked direction and information on how to lose weight fast. lose weight now, and lose weight safely. Anna was morbidly obese with health risks that were quickly catching up to her, she needed more than weight loss tips to reverse the damage to her body. Yes, Anna could easily lose 20 pounds, lose 30 pounds, and even lose 50 pounds. She could lose weight quickly, had done so many times before, only to gain it back and then some. Anna needed a comprehensive and new approach to get off the weight loss roller coaster. Step 1. A complete change on your mindset- This is without a doubt the main key to permanent weight loss. A TRUE weight loss diet is a healthy balanced diet which consist of high protein along with moderate carbs and healthy fats. A diet like this includes foods like, chicken, fish, lean beef vegetables, fruits, limited whole grains and more.
Continuous crash diets will bring your metabolism to a halt and make it almost impossible for you to burn fat and keep weight off in the long term, so it is imperative that you immediately switch to a high octane diet to fuel your body and jump start your metabolism.

Step 3. Targeted strength training and cardio- The final step to permanently lose weight is strength training and cardio. This is EXTREMELY important in order to lose weight fast without leaving loose or sagging skin that often results from other fast weight loss methods. Building lean muscle mass is an exact science.     Still losing weight as long as I’mtaking Weight loss green store tea. The
    effects of not getting hungry a lot seem to be lasting enough to allow 2
    days’ respite from taking these after about 2 weeks.

      after just two months I was able to shed off 13 lbs. I do kickboxing and
      I’m a vegetarian (since I started dieting of course). Just these three

    i took a similar route as she did. high protein and weight lifting. i lost
    20 lbs so far. if the treadmill and starvation worked i would already be
    thin. so i tried something new and decided to focus on muscle building and
    strength. things get more intense when you go from “i wanna lose a few
    pounds” to “i’m a motherfuckin’ athlete! lets do this!!”

    I would LOVE to know what her macro split was whilst on this plan’s first
    phase. I’m in LOVE with strength training but I am ALWAYS fucking hungry!
    I’m 5’7 and at 238. I’ve tried IIFYM, trying 0.5g Fat and carbs per goal
    weight in lb with 1g of protein per lb of goal weight, still starving. It’s
    so annoying but hoping my body adjusts ASAP

    It is a wonderful journey, now tell me how to do lose weight without using
    weights or gym equipment as I cannot use them due to injuries to body. I
    find that all weight loss pills and drinks are no good and that I already
    eat healthy and walking is out of the question at moment. So I think i
    might have to turn to surgery.

      Hey Sparsh, diets aren’t the key. The key is FIRST addressing what caused
      the weight gain, the weight is only a symptom and diets are only the

    Love her story! Truth is, the path to change is full of uncertainty and
    self-doubt and small victories and one big victory – when you truly realise
    how far you’ve come!I, personally, to overcome these mental pitfalls I
    watch weight loss transformations and this makes me push harder and harder.

    true about diet not being the issue, and that getting to the root cause of
    the weight gain is the key! I learned this important revelation just
